Calculating Honor Roll

1st and 2nd grade:

In order to maKe honor roll:

Gold is 90% 4's

Silver is 90% 3 &4's.

Add up all grades:  divide number of 4's by total number to get percentage.

exp: 75 4's divided by 80 total grades =94%= Gold

exp: 72 4's divided by 80 total grades =90%=Gold

Add up all grades: divide number of 3s and 4's by total number to get percentage.

exp: 72 3's & 4's  divided by 80 total grades = 90% = Silver

In order to pass 60% of mastery is requied. Total number of 2's,3's & 4's divided by total grades received. Exp: Total 2's,3's & 4's (72) total grades 120. 72 divided by 120=60%. pass
